The end of the year

So it is that time again, almost the end of the year and a new one beginning.
I had plans, visions, hopes about the new one. Some I had to discard after certain events....

But that doesn't mean that there will be other replacing them.

Been listening to a lot of music these past few months and here are a few of my favorites:

Whats coming out of my speakers lately...

I love music, can't carry a tone myself but love love listening to it.
Thought I would share with you a few of my favourites so far:

Tonight me and a few gal's headed out to a local pub for a quiz night! Planned it for weeks so we all looked forward to it. More to the food, drinks and good time than the quiz...but who cares?! ;)

We sat down at a table, ordered our drinks and food. And sat patiently for it to come, when we realized that we wanted to sit in one of the booths instead....why someone had to say we had booked table for 6 and where now 4 I have no idea!!! ;))
Our food came in and we all devoured our plates with the mix of chit chat and laughter. Funtime!!

Then it happened...the guy hosting the Quiz said that the topic was Ireland!!! Our hearts sank...(not that we don't like Ireland) but we had our hopes on for questions on the 1980's which it said on the Pub's website!!

All in all...we tried to guess and got 7 out of 26 points right!

But a few songs came that I absolutely love:

and I do like The rocky road to Dublin!

Ahh....think I need to go to Ireland in the nearest future! :)

I am going to admit that I was around when a boyband Boyzone were created and listened with passion to every song they had. (Weren't the biggest fan, but did have some posters in my bedroom at one time)
Loved their songs, to this day still. After a break they are back, sad to say with a member short.

They have a new song called "I gave it all away" and the video is a tribute to their lost member Stephen Gately. Although the song is beautiful, the video breaks you heart.
I can't stand watching men cry, it tears me up big time!
