Ovenbaked tomatoes with aragula

Here is the recipe I talked about earlier this week, so worth a try!




As usual I wrote the recipe in english and swedish for you.
I added a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and grated parmesan cheese too, and it made the sallad top notch.

A piece of bread to this sallad would be given aswell! The juices from the tomatoes, oil and balsamic will serve that bread to justice! :)
I am cutting down on carbs so I don't have any bread laying around, but next time....I will stalk up! :)
