Cupcake with a sugarbomb

As I promised...

make it on your own risk!! This is a major sugarcomaland cupcake... ;)

Instructions for the batter:
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a saucepan simmering with water. Aka...Waterbath.
Once the chocolate is smooth and melted remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.

Then stir in the sugar after a few turns add the vanilla and eggs (one at a time). Mix well.

Add the flour and salt and blend well.
Divide the batter in a cupcakepan and bake for about 20 minutes on 325 F or 170 degrees C.

Instructions for Frosting:
Beat the cream with an elextric mixer...or if you are up to the challenge then do it by hand.
Do that until stiff and peaks are forming.
Put that aside and then mix the sugar and mascarpone cheese well and until smooth.

Here is the step  I forgot...

Mix the two mixes together gently and then go ahead and decorate your cupcakes!

Me well...I only put on the mix of Mascarpone Cheese and sugar on mine...and OHHH did I enter sugarcoma land or what! It was a bit more compact. The adding of the whipped cream will make it more light and fluffy.

Enjoy! ;)
